Fletcher Construction Company is a Wyoming general contractor that was founded in 1955 by Joseph L. Fletcher and Shirley M. Fletcher. The company has been privately owned and managed by the Fletcher family for over three generations. George Fletcher is currently the Chairman of the Board of Directors after serving as the
President and developing and growing the company with his wife, Susan Patton Fletcher, for over 30 years. Eric Bouley is the current acting President and together with his wife, Amy Fletcher Bouley, the tradition of quality workmanship and excellence in construction services lives on at Fletcher Construction.

1946 – Joseph L. Fletcher started as an apprentice carpenter and married
1950 – Joe received his journeyman's certificate.
1955 – Fletcher Construction Company was founded by Joseph L. Fletcher and Shirley M. Fletcher.
1970 – George Fletcher began working as an apprentice carpenter.
1976 – George Fletcher received degree in Construction Engineering Technology from Montana State University.
1988 – Joe Fletcher retired; George Fletcher became President of Fletcher Construction Company.
2000 – Amy Fletcher Bouley started at Fletcher Construction Company.
2001 – Eric Bouley started with Fletcher Construction Company.
2007 – Amy Bouley became Treasurer of Fletcher Construction Company.
2009 – Eric Bouley elected President of Fletcher Construction Company.
2016 - Built a new office and moved in June 2016.
